Announcement Request

Use our Announcement Request form to place announcements on the printed Saint Michael’s Matters, emailed Saint Michael’s e-Matters, and web-based Announcements.

Submission deadline is 3:00 p.m. Tuesday.  We will choose when to start and stop publication.  We may choose not to publish based on space or other considerations.  We appreciate your understanding.  The following describes the Announcement Request fields:

Identification
The only identification we require are First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
Title
This text will appear in large bold letters at the top of your announcement.
Body
This is the detail text of your announcement. 
  • Please keep announcements short.
  • We do not post personal phone numbers, email or street addresses on the public web site.  These will be removed from your announcement. If someone wants more information they can call the church office.
  • Please include specific dates such as Sunday, January 6th rather than words like Today.  We will change dates to relative words like Today in our printed announcements when appropriate.
Instructions
Please include any special instructions for this announcement.  Instructions are not part of the announcement and will not appear on print or electronic versions.
