- During office hours – please call the parish office at (859) 277–7511. If you get phone-mail follow the prompts to extension 50 and leave your message and phone number. This will notify the Pastoral Care cell phone.
- After office hours – please call the Pastoral Care cell-phone directly at (859) 492–3619.

- Each week, our ANNOUNCEMENTS are posted and an email sent to our News Activity Group.
- To receive notifications of web announcements and other church events, please fill out the form in the Summer / Pentecost edition of the Messenger. Mail or bring it to the church office (or drop it in a collection bag on Sunday). Extra copies of the form are available in the church office.
- If you wish to publish an announcement, please use our Announcements Request form by the Tuesday prior to the Sunday you wish your announcement printed.
- The Messenger is a seasonal printed magazine with articals concerning the ministries of St. Michael's parish.
- If you want The Messenger mailed or emailed to you please contact our Church Secretary.
