Lay Eucharistic Ministers are appointed by the rector and licensed by the bishop to take Communion to parishioners who cannot physically come to church. These persons come to the altar at the end of the worship service to receive the Communion elements that they will take to their charge.
If you would like to participate as a Lay Eucharistic Minister or need the elements brought to you please contact Mother Laurie. |

Unction is the rite of anointing the sick with oil or the laying on of hands, by which God’s grace is given for the healing of spirit, mind and body. Lay Healing Ministers volunteer to assist in worship through the imposition of Unction and offering prayer on the 4th Sunday of each month during the Eucharist at all morning services and in our Wednesday evening services. |
