Policy and Procedures sounds like a pretty dull ministry area.  However, having this documentation available, in a controlled and central location, can make the job of running the ministries of our Church much easier while enhancing efficiency.  The Policy and Procedures committee reviews, updates, and approves documents.

We need the help of everyone who ministers on behalf of Saint Michael's.  Take some time to document how you do your jobs.  The intent is to make it easier to train people in how to do things and provide some backup information in case someone happens to be unavailable.  Your write-ups may be pasted into the form below and sent directly to me, or you can do your write-ups in word documents which may be sent or brought to the Church Office where they will be forward to me.

The Policy and Procedures Committee will work with the Vestry and Communications Committee to get everything online.  Policy information will be made public.  Procedure information will require a Ministry Base login id to view.  Thank you in advance for your help and support.
