One task faced by the New Rector Search Committee was to distill the information gleaned from the Parish-Wide Holy Conversations into four “Goals”.  The goals will be entered into computerized matching software that will provide the names of Rector candidates based on matching similar goals that they supply.

The following four goals were submitted and approved at the January Vestry meeting and are approved by our Diocesan Deployment Officer:

• Diversity in worship, lifestyle and conveying gospel
• Growth in membership, finances and outreach
• Spiritual growth, pastoral care and reconciliation
• Open communication among clergy and laity
