CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture.
- A CSA is a way for the food buying public to join in a relationship with a local CSA farm by buying a share of its production before the growing season.
- During the growing season, the CSA farm distributes fresh weekly produce to members; the summer season is 20 to 24 weeks from May to October in most CSAs.
