Our Governor Andy Beshear, has asked us to use green lights in memory of those who have died as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. Green is the color of compassion.
St. Michael's will light our cross green in memory of those who have died and of those who grieve their deaths.
Rest eternal grant to them, O Lord; and let light perpetual shine upon them. May their souls and the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

A Way Forward
Bishop Mark has shared guidelines as we seek a way forward into our life in the time of Coronavirus. Please watch Bishop Mark's video to the right. We also share the CDC guidelines for communities of faith and the Kentucky guidelines to help churches be as safe as possible as we find a way forward as St. Michael's for the next 18-24 months. These resources can be downloaded below.
Please read our guidelines for mission, ministry, and worship, especially if you are interested in gathering as a small group at St. Michael's in the next few months or planning to attend an in-person worship service.
On May 1, Bishop Mark sent a letter to the diocese with guidelines for a phased approach to in-person gatherings. Bishop Mark's letter can be found here.

While we rejoice in our time together during worship and other activities, we know that spiritual life is not confined to our beautiful building. We also gather online, using social media to stay connected. |
